Free Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Requirements: Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping
  • Best for: Budget-conscious shoppers who can wait a bit longer

Please Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Condition Requirements

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of our children’s products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized items (including custom nursery wall decor)
  • Opened bedding sets (Kids’ Bedding, Nursery items – for hygiene reasons)
  • Assembled furniture (all furniture categories once assembled)
  • Items marked as “final sale” or clearance
